一、设备概述及主要用途
I. Description and Main Application
XPM-Ф100×4行星四筒研磨机是在吸取国外先进经验的基础上设计的一种高效研磨设备,由于研磨体处于12~13g的离心力场内作研磨运动,所以研磨磨矿效率高、出料粒度细。该设备应用交流变频技术,可实现研磨盘的无级调速,并且调速范围宽,变速平稳,另配有定时装置,以保证研磨工况的重复性。此外还可选配不同的规格的淬火不锈钢研筒和玛瑙研筒,适用于研磨各种不同的物料,尤其适用于忌铁物质的研磨和超细磨。
XPM-Ф100×4 four-drums ball mill is a kind of high-efficiency grinding equipment designed based on foreign advanced experience. Since the grinding body is grinded in the field with centrifugal force of 12~13g, its grinding efficiency is high and the granular sizes of materials it grinds are fine. This equipment employs AC frequency variable technology and can realize stepless speed regulation of grinding disk. Besides, it has a wide speed regulating range and can change the speed steadily. It is equipped with timing device to ensure the repeatability of grinding. In addition, it is equipped with quenching stainless steel grinding drum and agate grinding drum of different specifications which can be used for the grinding of different kinds of materials, and especially the grinding and superfine grinding of steel resistance materials.
该机主要用于快速分批研磨各种有机、无机样品,质量控制样品,新型材料试验样品以及其它物料。可干磨也可湿磨,可以作磨料用,也可以作混料、均料用,是地质、冶金、煤炭、建材、化工、水电、轻工、农业、食品、医药、国防及各大专院校、科研单位等部门和行业的实验室必备磨样设备之一。
This machine is mainly used to rapidly grind all kinds of organic and inorganic samples, quality control samples, new material test samples, and other materials. It allows both dry grinding and wet grinding. It can be used not only to grind materials, but also to mix materials and homogenize materials. Such mill is one of the types of grinding equipment necessary for the laboratories in sectors and industries such as geology, metallurgy, coal, building material, chemicals, water and electricity, light industry, agriculture, food, medicine, national defense, and each institution of higher education and R & D institution.

三、设备主要结构及工作原理
III. Main Structure and Working Principle
本机结构主要由底座、转盘(行星轮系)、磨筒、压紧机构、机箱、变频电器控制等部分组成。
This machine is mainly composed of base, rotary disk (planet gear train), grinding drum, pressing mechanism, chassis, frequency converter, etc.
底座是一个长方形的铸造件,其上固定中心轴,中心轴上装有可以在上面转动的转盘,电机座在底座前部与其紧邻,上装电动机。机箱前面是控制面板,变频器装置在机箱后面,底座和电动机均装在机箱上部。
The base is a rectangular cast part above which the central shaft is fixed. Above the central shaft, a rotary risk that can rotate above it is installed. The motor base is very close to it at the front of the base. A motor is installed on it. On the front of it is a control panel. The frequency converter is installed at the back of the chassis while both the base and the motor are installed above the chassis.
转盘实际上是一个行星轮系,上面是支承盘,下面是皮带轮,两者由销轴连接成为一个整体。转盘中间是中心轴,转盘可在中心轴上回转,中心轴上固定有中心轴皮带轮,转盘上沿中心轴的周围对称地装着4根可回转的轴,轴上装有皮带轮,轴上端固定有法兰盘,其上装有圆筒及压紧机构,用以压紧研磨筒及盖。
The rotary disk is actually a planetary gear train above which is the supporting plate and under which is the belt pulley. The two is linked to be a whole through the hinge pin. The middle of the rotary disc is the central shaft around which the rotary disc revolved. The central shaft is equipped with belt pulley and on it a flange is fixed. Above it are installed drum and pressing mechanism which is used to press the grinding drum and cover.
当电动机旋转时,通过电机皮带轮和转盘下端的皮带轮使转盘绕中心轴回转,通过中心轴皮带轮带动四根轴上皮带轮,使四根轴各自绕自身中心线自转。
When the motor is rotating, it gets the rotary disk to revolve around the central shaft through the motor pulley and the pulley below the rotary disk. It drives the pulley on the four shafts through the pulley of central shaft, to get the four shafts to revolve around their own center line respectively.
