| BF型浮选机叶轮是由闭式双截锥体组成，可产生强的矿浆下循环，其特点：（1）、吸气量大，功耗低。（2）、每槽兼有吸气、吸浆和浮选三重功能，自成浮选回路，不需任何辅助设备，水平配置，便于流程变更。（3）矿浆循环合理，能最大限度地减少粗砂沉淀。（4）设有矿浆面的自控和电控装置，调节方便。 |
| Impeller of model BF floation cell is composed
of the dosed double section cones and ot can produce strong slutty
cycle doumward.Its features are as follows:(1)The capacity of air
suction is large,the power consumption is low.(2)Every tand has three
functions of air suction,slurry suction and floation simultaneously
being unique in floation return circuit without need for any supplementary
equipment,the circuit change is convenient for horizontal location.(3)The
slurry cycle is rational,the settlement of coarse sand can be reduced
into full play.(4)The regulation is convenient to equip auto and electro-controlling
arrangements for slutty level. |
| XJB型浮选机由斜棒轮、凸台、弧型稳流板构成充气搅拌器组，其特点有：（1）斜棒轮由铸铁铸造合在一起的圆盘和12根锥型棒条构成，可以衬胶，使用寿命长。（2）棒条与棒轮相反方向后倾45°角，且自上而下向外扩张15°锥角，搅拌强烈，防止槽底沉砂。（3）棒轮深度浅，停车后易于启动，有利于提高充气量，节省能耗。（4）可自吸浆，自吸空气，无需泡沫泵。 |
| Model XJB floation cell forms enforced aeration
agitating machine set of skew wheel,boss and creeent regulating arc.
Its features are as follows;(1)Skew bar wheel is composed of disk
and 11pieces of cone-bar strip cast together in casting iron, and
it can be lined with gum to prolong the service life.(2)Bar strip
and bar wheel bend backward 45 in the opposite direetion and extent
outward a cone apex apex angle with 15 from top to bottom, therefore
its agitation is strong, the settlement of sand on the bottom of tank
can be protected.(3)Due to low immerging depth of the bar wheel, the
staring is easy during stopped condition and this is advantageous
to incresaing the aeration capacity and saving on energy consumption.(4)
It is able to suck slurry and air automatically without foam pump. |
