旋流器在液液分离领域内的应用是二十世纪80年代开发的一种高新技术。旋流器上部柱体直径较大,而溢流管直径较小,旋流器下部锥体由两级锥体和一段较长的圆筒组成。油水混合液由入口进入旋流器的旋流腔,形成高速旋转的涡流,由于两相介质之间的密度不同,发生离心分离。由于上段柱体直径较大,含水量油污水稳定旋转下移,剪切力较小,避免了油滴的乳化,而且减少了能量消耗,又增加了流体在旋流器内停留时间。二级锥体和尾管同时起到导流和补充分离的作用,从而高效地完成油水分离过程。
油水分离旋流器具有体积小,重量轻,分离效率高,工作稳定可靠等优点,且其成本低,安装简单,运行费用低,受到用户的好评。
The oil-water separationhydrocyclone
applied in the separation field of liquid-liquid is a new high technology
developed in 1980’s. The diameter of the upper column of the cyclone is larger and that of the ovwrflow pipe is smaller. The lower cone of the cyclone is
made up by two-grades cones and a long cylinder. The mixture of oil and water
fed into the rotational flow chamber from the inlet forms votes flow with high
rotational speed. The different density of the two-phase medium result in
centrifugal separation. The sewage with oil rotates downward steadily as the
diameter of upper column is lare. The shear force is increases the staying time
of the liquid in the cyclone.The two-grades cones and tail pipe divert flow and
complement separation simultaneously and complete the separation pro-cess of
oil-water highly effectively.
