| 一、工作原理:旋流微泡浮选柱采用射流原理,将旋流器与浮选柱有效结合。通过渣浆泵产生高压矿浆经气泡发生器(矿浆预备器)产生微泡,由旋流器后脱粗后<0.5mm矿物流入浮选柱进行选别。机器适用<0.5mm以下的煤泥、赤铁矿、有色矿、非金属矿、含油污水处理、废纸脱墨等细粒度、灰分高、泥质多的物料分选。具有节能高效,富集比大,泡沫产品品位高,工艺流程简化。节省设备投资25%、省电70%、节能药剂10%。占地少,结构简单,无传动部件,操作方便,易于自动化控制,维修方便等特点。 |
